Actual end-to-end route starting from Marikina-Pasig boundary to Pasig-Taguig boundary

Covering a distance of 9.4 km, the walk started in front of Top Bank at the Marikina-Pasig boundary and ended at Visitacion Bridge at the boundary of Pasig and Taguig.

Turn-by-Turn Route Direction (North to south)

  1. Start: Top Bank at Pasig-Marikina boundary. Walk south on Amang Rodriguez Ave. (AKA JP Rizal St)
  2. Turn right at Chowking Marcos Highway.
  3. Take overpass to cross Marcos Highway to Amang Rodriguez Ave. Sandugo is on the other side.
  4. From Sandugo, walk straight on Amang Rodriguez Ave.
  5. Cross Manggahan Floodway bridge to Rosario.
  6. Turn right at Jollibee Rosario.
  7. Take overpass to cross Ortigas Ave. Extenstion to Dr. Sixto St.
  8. On Dr. Sixto St., continue walking straight south till it connects with A. Mabini St. and Justice Ramon Jabson St. up to Bambang Bridge.
  9. Cross Bambang Bridge over Pasig River
  10. Turn left at Jollibee San Joaquin to take Elisco Road.
  11. Turn righ at Visitacion St.
  12. End: Visitacion Bridge at Pasig-Taguig boundary

Joining the urban walk were Annalie Agad, Lito De Veterbo, Liz Vizcarra and Marion Dimain, who braved the heat of the afternoon sun and a bit of drizzle on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

In the spirit of promoting environmental care and outdoor ethics, no trash was left along the route and no bottled water was bought nor consumed throughout the whole walk. Not leaving trash at your destination and bringing your trash home promote discipline, highlighting that travel can be done responsibly by leaving the places you visit the way you found them.
